From field to table.

Fresh wild turkey nuggets soaked overnight in buttermilk and pickle juice. Yes, pickle juice!
Rolled in seasoned cornmeal and fried to a golden brown. Dipping sauce of your choice (I’m doing hot honey teriyaki.)
