A lady that I work with told me this morning that her boyfriend got a refund from the state on his combo license . I was not sure what to say . Has this passed ? Are they doing it or are her or her boyfriend full of crap ?

Looks like refunds will happen next season. The people who over paid this year, will get the money knocked off next season.

It did pass the legislature last month but only went to the governor on 5/19. She has 15 days (not including Sundays or Memorial Day) to sign it, let it sit to become law, or she can veto it. No credits will be issued before October 1, 2010.
