Does anyone know what the Govenour decided to do? Did she sign it, veto it, etc. I am most interested in the handgun hunting for deer aspect and hope (as a secondary issue) that I get some money back for liscences). I'm guessing we'll get reductions on next years lescences if we buy them rather than an actual refund, but in reality I look at that as a bonus.
