The doctors cleared him for the operation today. He has to go in to sign some papers the 4th of June. From there they will get things set up and the operation will take place after that. It is a lot of time I would be spending up here and it does not make practical sense for me to be here all that time. I have done so much for my brother that he has run out of things for me to do. He is healing soooooo fast that I have confidence in his recovery.
I will be heading back home Thursday morning. Weather permitting I have a trip Saturday and Sunday. Should be in good shape for that after 26 hours of driving in 2 days.

Larry hope all is well with your brother. I've been doing nonstop doctor stuff for family members since April 1st, no time to fish or clam right now but everyones doing well on this end. Saw Maddy and Joe not to long go, they look great...Damon

Looks like the Hooper fight and luck runs in the family
My brother had his sugery today for his cancer and all went better than expected. Only a part of one kidney was removed and they are confident they got all the cancer. The doctor thinks he will not need any radiation or Kemo. It was all done roboticaly and in less time than expected. Looks like my brother and I have some more fishing time on order.

Talked to him today. He is in a very lot of pain. Meds are not helping. The amount of time he was on his injured side was just over 7 hours which did not help. On the mend!
