I fish the TMA on the Mill River in Fairfield. Can you please clarify the regs on use on live bait in this TMA. I was under the impression that during the "off-season", no live bait was to be used. Basically everyone down there has been using flies/artificials, but one guy rolls in with worms and starts catching all of the trout. Thanks.
