Bill, I wasn't pointing fingers at anyone. You just kind of jumped the conclusion. Darn, I should have kept my moth shut. I know many members do...why do I even bother getting involved in a Bass topic is beyond me...
However, enough is enough.

Topwaterrules, Were kind of lucky here in CT. we have so many types of fishing within driving distance "rivers, lakes, ponds and saltwater too" We can go deep sea fishing and charter too. I'm not sure if everyone ever thinks about how lucky we really are here in CT. Your right. BigBill

When i was working I wanted my company to go to a 4 day 10hrs a day work week but no one was interested in it. Thats awesome you have so much time to fish and still be working too. It doesn't get any better than that.

bigbill, I do miss ct's abundance of great fishing . I miss throwing the 12' boat in the back of my truck and off to a local pond or river. I fished with wonka a few times he's a good kid and a helluva angler. I believe there are low double digit bass in ct. If i was back east right now i would not sitting in front of the puter , I would be out fishing, now is magic time in ct, big fish looking to get bigger. good luck and hook one for me.

Now I'm no expert on the subject fellas, but we just recently saw willywonka and findbass on the homepage pic and from what I see from these guys on a regular basis I think it is possible. Not to take anything from huskybass and what he's shown us on the site I would think they would be the ones with the best ideas on if this is truly possible.

Looking for a good time?, Go catch a fish and catch the fever!

A new state recoed largemouth is possible, but just keep in mind that it would have to be 50% larger than the monster that Findbass caught this past week. 50% larger than the largest photo we have seen all year would be quite a feat. I hope we see one over 12 pounds again in CT. I still think anything over 7 or 8 pounds is really big for Connecticut.
