was told the other day a 5 round clip for my 6.89 (FOR DEER SEASON) is not leagall cause the gun will also hold a roung in the chamber..making it 6 rounds........correct me if im wrong but he is wrong ..correct.a 5 round clip is what i need( never used a semi auto be for for deer hunting).. ..thanks...
THANKS.I was told a semi auto can only hold five rounds in the gun or a clip..reason i also want to know is stag arms smallest clip is five rounds for my 6.8...

Anyone know why the regulation was put in place to limit the rounds in a shotgun to 3? Is it only because it's state land and rifles are for private land >10 acres?
I never realized it was only for shotgun and always just carried 3 rounds for rifle hunting also...doesn't seem logical.
