I must ask this question; why do bioligists here and all around the country when a slot limit is set in place,we who may or not know the DEEP want the small ones harvested...would it be that difficult to say "lake xyz " needs some culling....is it politacally incorect now ?are we to "infer" this is what they want? Implied.?
...just fishin...

Im fairly certain the answer is yes to that.

When slot limit practices are not reaching their intended goals, it is probably due to not enough people taking enough juveniles out. Taking out too many would likely be near impossible.
