CT is another matter that's messier to pick through.

My Ct. accountant said that the state's position is that they will follow the guidelines issued by the IRS. In that regard, Ct. filing and payment date has been moved to July 15, 2020 to coincide with the IRS. That said, if this can be confirmed by other sources that would be important info.
I would imagine it would be taxable if you’re eligible to receive it, I think unemployment is taxable in the state and federal level I can’t imagine this would be different.
The only thing I’m aware of that isn’t taxable is worker’s compensation
