Don, it was really a great trip...i will admit to being spoiled for those four days. I think reality hit the 4 of us as we arrived at Bradley international at 2 in the morning on monday (all having jobs/ school 4 hours away)....23 degrees out

Well, its time to go to bed dreaming about the blitzing tuna from last week

Tim was gracious enough to provide me with fresh Louisiana tuna last night. I worked 6:30AM until after 7PM.......but as soon as I got home I turned the grill on.......filleted out the tuna......marinated it in 50% olive oil and 50% balsamic vinegar.....through it on the grill.....generously sprinkled them with Montreal Steak Seasoning......and was eating LOTSssssss of tuna last night by 8PM!

It was AWESOME! THANKS go out to all Capt & Crew who provided me with that GREAT meal.

Grilled tuna over fresh mixed greens, carrots, cucumbers, red pepper and balsamic vineagrette dressing for work lunch today! \:\)
