I talked with one of these guys and he said basically his view is you get pinched and pay a fine every so many trips in. Just a cost of enjoyment for him. Kinda like a movie ticket.





What a cocky little !@#$%^! I hope they burn him good and they take all his gear and his vehicle. He needs to be taught a lesson. If this guy is doing it there are hundreds more doing it. It needs to be known that these guys will pay or what is the point of having regulations and C.O.'s???

I guess it comes down to laws are made to keep honest people honest and the scumbags can and will do whatever they want.
There is a reason they call it fishing and not catching!
