I made the mistake of hunting out of season back when I was about 17, or so. I had a GREAT Waterfowl am, and even read the previous years regs so I was " all legal "
They could have confiscated my gun , and I'm sure much more.
I pleaded not guilty due to my good attitude, age, and I even had the guide with me ! !
In the end, I ended up paying $100.00 to T.I.P.
