I went to Beach Pond the other day. Went down by the RI Beach area and saw a slalom course for water skiing etc. This went through an area I liked to fish. Are permits required to put a course in that stays in for the season etc? Thanks for your time.
If I fish more I need more lures. If I had more lures I would fish more. I don't think I'm addicted do you?
