I needed a copy of mine last year . I called Franklin and they were very helpful , offered to mail it out that day . I asked if I could just come pick it up the next day and that was no problem .
Got out there the next afternoon and RT 32 was closed due to an accident that had taken out a power pole . Found my way through the back roads , pulled in and saw the power was out . Walked in and there were two very nice women sitting in the dark . They had my card sitting there waiting for me .
