I don't think clubs are afforded any special consideration other than being allowed to shoot stocked birds before the regular season opens .
The way I see it (I'm no Lawyer) , a club member who is also a shareholder of the corporation that leases land to the club would have no more right to use of club land than any other member .

Who is charged with granting (signing) private land permits for the regular shotgun/rifle season ?

Are all the shareholders equal members , or do some hold more shares than others ?

Is there a "CEO" or some other sort of chain of command ?
