I have met a warden to be anything other than professional. Thats really not the point. This guy made up all sorts of game laws. What do they teach you in your hunters safety classes? Know what your tagrget is and what is beyound it? Suposed it was a house or a hiker behind the deer? I know it wasnt thank god that it was a deer. There are no excuses. Rounds are going faster further and more accurate. Plan and simple if I was a judge I would would have threwn the book at him. Sorry just the way I see it.
