thats a no no from what i heard.. im looking into being an apprentice falconer i belive u need a falconers permit in order to even have raptor feathers and even then there are certain exceptions like bald eagles..
there was a dead red tail hawk up at bantam one day when i was ice fishing i was really tempted on pickin it up but just not worth risking it
