OK...so I had a customer challenge me on this today and I'm stumped.
The standard Umbrella rig that so many stores sell has locations for 5 baits, whether they be swimbaits, tubes etc....many come pre rigged such as this version:
Our angling guide states: ANGLING Fishing with hook and line, which must be personally attended. No more than two lines, with or without rods, may be used at one time. Each line may have any combination of hooks, flies or lures,of which a maximum of three hooks may be baited.
So the question is: are the standard umbrella rigs that so many stores sell and so many anglers use ILLEGAL without taking 2 of the hooked baits off or making them hookless??????????
