Bill G Registered: 03/16/05 Posts: 91	steven1smith, According to the Trophy Fish Award rules anyone that is over 16 years of age is considered an adult. This is because anyone over 16 needs to buy a license. We are intending to add this clearification to the 2012 Angler's Guide. BillG Edited by Bill G (03/20/12 05:16 PM)
