There is no restriction on the number of lines, hooks or rods with regard to salt water sport fishing in CT. That is why there is no mention of "max number of poles" in the regs.
The fresh water restriction on the number of "lines-in-the-water" should be increased to limit of 3-lines in 2013 which is an increase from "2-lines".
