Capt. Raul, you missed the point. The links show us what the new or proposed wording is, not how it differs from current regulations.
It would be nice to see:
How the new wording differs from the old wording, and what the difference in the wording change would make. That way, we could see if something was being changed to clean up the wording, or whether or not a significant change was being proposed, and WHY.
