maybe this is the time for a dramatic bill. Sunday hunting for a fee charge $50 for the permit how many people would by one? Time to be creative to increase revenue. Lots of states have different endorsments for different spiecies that you persue like a trout stamp ect.
I'm sure they'll have plenty of non-creative ways to increase revenue - simple across the board increases with no additional benefits.
