Three and a-half month long archery season, with 4 tags and some controlled shotgun hunts have 4 tags as well not to mention blackpowder and if you are lucky enough to get private land that means more tags too. Just put the time in the right way and I'm sure you will have your chances, why on earth would some of these people revert to these illegal tactics.
