They guys in Niantic aren't bad at all, one usually makes you wait longer than necessary but they are both nice guys. The guy in Old lyme is a piece of work. We have to take the riggers down on my friends tiara every time we go through. Ask him for an opening he will tell you to move closer to read the timer, and don't hail Old saybrook cause he wont answer unless you say lyme. The way I look at it, if the riggers slip out, take em down if not then call for the opening they are part of the vessel...
