Technically yes. However, if they are with you and all of you together are only using your six tip ups it shouldn't be a problem. If they were on a different part of the lake or pond some distance away from you then I would recommend putting their info on there. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Write it on a sticky note and tape it to the flag.
