Yes, he appeared in court. The case was continued to a later date.


Would love to here the continued results of this ongoing case. I'll guarantee the we have read about this individual in a couple past highlights. Hope he loses his boat permanently...if of course he's guilty...as we all know your innocent until proven guilty.
