Capt My son shoots on his high school rifle team is there any legal way for him to transport his anshutz rifle to and from the school. We live in Portland his high school is Xavier in Middletown and he shoots at Lymans, he has been driving back to Portland and then to the range. It would be better is he could leave the rifle locked in his car but I don't think that it would be legal?
