Thanks Frank. Cindy is my replacement, Jeff and Eric replaced other Captains that retired.

I haven't been spending very much time in CT since I retired. I left for Florida at the beginning of February and stayed there until the snow melted here. Since then other than a quick stop in state for my wife to visit doctors we've been pretty much in Maine or at our son's in Boston. When I get back in the area and I'm going to spend any time here I'll give you a call.
The fundamental human right to keep and bear arms is the foundation of popular sovereignty in America. It is what makes this a nation whose citizens are their own masters, and more importantly masters of our government. The alternative is a country peopled not by citizens, but by subjects, beholden and subservient to the state. This is what would-be tyrants of every political stripe dream of.
