I totally agree with Hornhunter's and Trout Trackers statements:

Its just not right that we have to pay a 15.00 fee to launch our boats every time we fish there, when we are already funding the state fish that are managed and stocked there. Then Ohare reaps a return on the fishermen that launch and fish there."

A business reaps the rewards/benefits for fish which are stocked in the lake funded by fisherman. As far as I"m concerned no lake should be stocked with fish we fund unless there is public access. I always purchase a freshwater fishing license even though I don't fish fresh water. No more. So many great things in this state unfortunately mis-managed by a bunch of stinking idiots.
