The only way to eat turkey. Did my fist one a few years ago and now it is the only way. JigHead is right, just trun it off when putting the turkey in and make sure you are out side on the ground with nothing over head.
You can still make Gravey, just take the gilblets out of the turkey and good seperatly, inject the turkey with the marinade the night before and yummy you are good to go.
My turkey takes just long enough for a bottle of good wine and a good cigar. I love Thanksgiving.
