been using the turkey fryer for a couple of years now. I'm alergic to poultry so I mostly use it for fish frys, I did fry a 14.1lber for thanksgiving this year for the girlfriends house. took almost 5 gallons of oil and was about 3" from the top when it was finally submerged. Seems like almost every time I use the fryer, it rains.
