1.) Never leave the area where you're cooking. 2.) Make sure you have plenty of cold beer so you dont run out while watching the bird. 3.) Usually about 3 minutes to the pound at 350 degrees. 15 pound bird should take approx 45 minutes. 4.) I used a marinade this past year, and like everyone told me, I couldnt even tell I used it so why bother. 5.) Did I mention the beer? This is a crucial step.
