What we had on Sunday was 2 lengths of 50' heavy rope, a throwable coushion, 3 sets of ice picks that we were'nt wearing. Pretty dumb when you think this won't happen to me. Big mistake! A propane touch with electronic start, every ice fisherman should have one, a camp axe and a good knife. We used everything on Sunday. If you have quad and trailer you need a more elaborate plan.
