plenty of other lakes in that area to catch dink perch and smallies- seeing a healthy tiger muskie come out of CT water is a very good thing - I doubt there has been a "drastic" decline- introducing an apex predator into a lake is going to shake things up and move fish around- I doubt the people who want them out are the people who wanted them in...
