I think the DEP should do itself a favor and study this lake as the muskies grow larger. Time for some real concrete data lol....
I think tigers are probably some of the best stocked predators you could put into a lake. And hey, if they ever WERE to jeopardize the local fish population (which I don't think they would do as long as too many fish were not stocked), just wait a while because they can't reproduce.
In-fisherman had a great article on stocking tigers a little while back. I think the major reason its not favorable by DEP's is because they are expensive to obtain.
