Thanks for helping get this information to the right people. I'm sure MDC will have an opportunity to refine their skills on these oxygen theives. They don't seem to learn too easily.
Just so you all know.....you alerted me to this guy and his videos and I alerted the MDC Police (Metropolitan District Commission - they own and patrol the reservoirs).
I got an email back from them that a couple days ago one of their officers got the videographer and two of the stars of his videos fishing illegally in Nepaug Reservoir. All three were arrested by the MDC officer.
Great news.
Now, let's see how funny these slimballs think this is!!

Like I said before I talked with one of these jokers (grew up with them) They say the MDC fine is just the admission ticket to some of the best shore based freshwater fishing in CT.
