that was at the naugatuck river near campville exit on rt 8 in december thats when they release them. i'm not sure they do it anymore. nightcrawler was bait
This should be used as evidence! Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it only single fly or free swinging lure.
This guy is just to cocky and dumb. They really need to be handed harsher penalties. He obviously doesn't care about getting $199 fines every time he's caught, so he saids in the comments section.
These videos are not just on youtube, they are posted on a few other websites as well.

I hope they are able to use this to get these guys. You dont know how many people I see fishing in the salmon areas with illegal techniques and god forbid you try and say something. Very aggravating, especially when you catch salmon that have 4 rooster tails, with treble hooks, in their backs.

Sounds like you may have another lead there Skip. Maybe put a heads up to the marine guys to jump aboard the Captain Bob 2 once in a while. Birds of a feather flock together, and Chris seems like quite the dirty bird.

I really hope they get this guy. This is ridiculous! He seems to care less about what anyone has to say and is blatantly posting videos of his wrong doings.
