Is the bridge below the Saugatuck Resevoir (above Devlis Glen) being taken down or rebuilt ? I ask becasuse I ran into a gentleman on Sunday standing at the bridge looking at it.. I thought he was doing what I was - checking out the blown out conditions.So I start talking to him and he's telling me that he's actually the person that got the Contract with the job... He also tells me the Road will be closed for thru traffic ?.. Also goes on to say that they will be starting as soon as early to mid April...
Assuming this is true, why would they even stock this section knowing that the Rd will be closed for Thru traffic ? Was this guy just breaking my ballz...

They do respond once in a while, but you are probably beating a dead horse with that question. If you notice the other questions or topics, you will see there is not a response from the dep. I have asked a few questions in the past about the Salmon Fishery and have not received any response either.
