I agree, I think Lakes/Ponds that are private should be noted. I have done what you are doing now, but in the east and have had some fustration along the way..

I still don't get it. Why would the DEP have special fishing regulations on a private body of water?

O-Bass...we are totally renting an airplane and dropping in there, commando style. Who needs public access!?

Mike, I have a list also. My number 1 body of water on my list is Spaulding Pond here in North Stonington. It is fed by Wyassup and Pendelton Brooks, both of wich are stocked by the state but there is no public access to the pond. That irritates the sh*# out of me. Its a small ond that I would love to put a yak in. Good luck with your list.
