I was looking at the migratory bird seasons and it dawned on me that Candlewood Lake is actually partly in two zones. Would it make sense to redraw the zone boundries to put it in just one zone? How do you handle law enforcement not that there are a lot of waterfowlers out there anyway.

The zones are set up by town lines. New Milford and Bridgewater are part of the AP unit. Our officers know where the town lines are so they deal with it on that basis. It's splitting hairs in locations like Lillinonah where hunters on the western shoreline are in the AFRP unit, but if they cross to the other side of the lake....all 200 yards of it, they are in the AP unit. It comes down to the hunters need to know where they are and what rules apply and so do our officers.
