No - it needs legislative review & approval. But its far more than a proposal - from what I hear it looks like support is very broad and the wheels are turning to facilitate this happending very quickly.

Looks to me like EnCon will be a part of DEEP. Based on the "love fest" testimony it looks like this will go through.
As always the devil is in the details. I'm hopeful but at the same time nervous.

I'm so confident in Esty's practical real world experience.
I'm sure living in the Ivory Tower of academia will be an asset. I'd bet a lot of money that he's never had a private sector job that is connected to the U.S. or Global economy.
I'll give him this much...He and his wife showed up at the Northwest Sportsmans Council annual banquet back in late February, and he got up and said the right things for that audience. Whether he meant any of it or it was just a good act for his job interview remains to be seen.
That said, he did show up.
