I'm curious about the rules on the number of hooks that can be used while on Connecticut rivers.
I was told by one person it was a maximum of three and somebody else said there was no limit.
From what I read only three baited hooks allowed, but umbrella hooks are not baited as bait is defined in the regulations.

I believe you are only allowed 9 point ie: 3 treble hooks equal 9 points.

Single hooks are one point each so you could use 9 single hooks.

2 rods, no limit on the amount of hooks, a max of 3 hooks can have bait per rod
