I have to get rid of this now its been sitting too long. My intentions where to take the motor off the boat and get a big Aluminum and fly on the river with it. Anyways, the motor is solid. Runs great, idles good, the 3rd carb float needs to be adjusted. The power trim doesnt put the motor up and down anymore but it still engages and makes the noise like it wants too. The trailer needs alot of work. The boat is actually very solid other than the carpet and seats. UPDATE. I rebuilt the 3 crabs and fiddle with the power trim. It was switched off. There's actually a flathead bolt you turn to put it on power trim or manual. Works fine now. The motor is 100% now!! These motors helped make yamahas reputation. Very strong and reliable. Someone needs a good 70 horse out there!
