And there is also a pair on Rainbow Res, saw the pair with two
young eagles getting flying and hunting lesson while fishing.
It was awesome.

Is there still a hole in the eagle protection fence in Suffield.Back towards the end of April I rode my bike down to the aquaduct and witnessed a couple coming back, lifting their bikes and camera equipment over the fence then made their way through the hole in the fence.
I asked them how many eagles did they harass and of course they just played dumb.
I called DEP and Suffield PD to have it repaired and reenforced.I would'nt doubt if violaters are still going through that flimsy barrior.

A week ago fishing on the east Windsor side I heard the nesting pair and seen them. They seem to be doing fine other than being severely harassed by a flock of crows.

Yesterday morning fishing at the Farmington mouth i witnessed 2 immature Bald eagles. A week ago I witnessed a mature eagle there.

One of the places I fish have enclosed area for nesting birds and the only one I see in there are the bird people with there cameras. I think because they are birding it will not disturb them. Only the fisherman disturb the bird to hear them talk.

Driving by the lower entrance to the canal trail last night I noticed that the gates were open, is the trail open to the public again?
