1997 Johnson 200hp Ocean Runner 25” Shaft. Complete Rebuild in 2009 on a lake only run motor. 100% corrosion free. Used in both fresh and salt water since rebuild but always trailered. New impeller, housing and gaskets in spring 2011. New BRP style controls, cables, and stainless propeller included with the motor. Runs perfect and needs nothing. Run only on Quicksilver premium 2 stroke outboard oil. Great compression. I will do a compression test on scene for you as well as a lower unit pressure test. Water test no longer available as my 4 stroke is installed. $3000 for it all or any reasonable offer.

The 250 Four Stroke is ready to go. If you have any interest let me know because I am pulling this motor off the boat this weekend and there will no longer be availability for a sea trial.
