Guys the craters are there because you created them, learn to load your boat and they won't be there. Bad launches means less boat equals better fishing.

the craters would not be an issue if the launches were maintained or updated when was the last time ANY work was done to lilly, lattins or squantz launches ?- agreed there are some people (NOT just fisherman)who should learn to correctly trailer theire boats, however that does not solve the problem of the 'alotted monies' to repair launches such as lattins cove that mysteriously never reach the departments that are supposed to recieve them - thats the real problem !
A public information meeting or “open house” is scheduled from 7:00 to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 to inform interested parties about the proposed renovation of the state boat launch located on Lake Lillinonah in Bridgewater. The meeting will take place in the “big room” at the Burnham Elementary School located at 80 Main Street Ext. in Bridgewater.
