Gotta move quick on this though because early June is usually packed with tournaments.
I like being able to be in the boat . . . I'm not sure how much action there would be at a trout place in June. My experience is they are pretty well fished out by then.
Fathers day weekend was always a good time at gardner, but we can talk to either the deep or trout unlimited about having some trout stocked for one at chatfield hollow. Its a great state park with tons of shoreline fishing for everyone and very good places for the awards and eats afterwards.

We're still checking for places to hold it, Gardner is still an easy option, everything is easy there, hopefully fish will be biting better than late summer. What da ya think ?
