Is it real Stainless that leaves finger prints all over, or that newer stuff that is finger print free?

I currently have real stainless and we hate it, so this will be the deciding factor for us.. Going into our VT property that gets rented and don't want to be cleaning it..

And does it need power to start??? We lose power alot up there and its nice to still be able to eat

Thanks...

I can run my finger across the surface and not see anything....as for needing power its gas and can be lighted with a match easily, the 2 weeks without power during the storm I didnt loose a step with either the cooktop or the oven.

Only thing my house needs is a gas clothes dryer and I wouldnt have even known we lost power...LOL

I use a stainless cleaner to get the spill of it...when I do that I can smear the cleaner around and see fingerprints but when the unit is dry like I said I can run a finger across the surface and not see anything.

Hope that helps...

Okay the guy who called 4 times to make sure the set didnt sell now is not interested in buying the appliances!

Gonna give this one last shot before I ship them off to my appartments and install them in one of the units that could use a newer set.

Dont really have a ton of space to store them but I would rather do that than give them away or junk them.

Anyone interested I am putting in the SPecial Order this weekend for the new appliances, when they arrive if the set hasnt sold they head out to Avon to live their last years in an apartment!

$500.00 is FIRM and I still dont wanna seperate the set unfortunately.
