My apologies. We just discovered several errors in the third paragraph of the news release concerning broodstock Atlantic salmon stocking that was distributed yesterday (Monday, 10/1). This paragraph lists the locations and numbers of fish stocked in our first stockings. Omitted from this paragraph is a sentence noting that the lower Naugatuck River had been stocked with 200 salmon on Monday morning. Additionally, the Shetucket River stocking is scheduled for Tuesday, October 9 (not Monday as in the original release).



For simplicity, here’s the dates, locations and numbers of salmon for the first set of stockings:

Thursday (9/27). Crystal Lake – 200 salmon.

Friday (9/28). Mount Tom Pond – 100 salmon, upper Naugatuck River – 200 salmon.

Monday (10/1). lower Naugatuck River – 200 salmon.

Tuesday (10/9). Shetucket River – 300 salmon.
