Just got this today:

Regarding our latest package of proposals. It is moving through the approval process. The hearing record received overwhelming support from the sportsmen's community. We expect to have a "Notice of Availability" posted sometime in April. The NOA will contain the agency responses to comments in the hearing record and recommended final wording. The final step is to receive approval from the Legislature's Regulation Review Committee at their June meeting. If all goes well we should have the regulations effective by July.
